Martin HD-40 Tom Petty 6-String Acoustic Guitar, 2004 [USED]

This is a Martin HD-40 Tom Petty 6-String Acoustic Guitar from 2004 featuring an Italian Alpine spruce top and moon and stars inlay.  This Tom Perry signature dreadnought is number 42 of 274 made and has a full and warm tone with great projection with its spruce and rosewood tone wood pairing.

In addition to the moon and star inlays there is an inlayed Tom Petty signature at the bottom of the fretboard. The Torch headstock inlay and abalone rosette add to the elegant visuals.

It plays cleanly up the neck with a low to medium action height and there is little to no fretwear.

The overall condition is very good with some light lacquer checking and very minor play wear. It comes with the original tweed hardshell case.
