Description
Here is a Martin HD-28 6-String Acoustic Guitar from 1977. The HD-28 is a classic dreadnought featuring a Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood sides and back. The forward shifted scalloped bracing pattern allows for more top vibration which helps provide the full and lush tone.
This guitar works well for medium to heavy strumming and flat picking but also sounds lovely with a lighter touch for hybrid and fingerstyle playing.
This example has had a neck reset, bridge reglue, pickguard crack repair and some fret work. It plays really well up the neck with a comfortable low to medium action height setup.
Cosmetically there is a little bit of light play wear but overall it is in very good condition. It comes with the original blue molded hardshell case.
