Description
This Godin Multiac Nylon Deluxe with Natural finish top was built during 2023 at the Godin shops in Quebec, and is in very good, clean condition with very light wear. This versatile guitar plays very well and has a wide variety of sounds.
These guitars are in a 'Crossover' class, drawing from classical guitars but with wider necks and crowned fingerboard. Their advantages are the possibility of dramatically increased usable volume without feedback while retaining the expressive touch sensitivity of nylon strings.
Introduced in October of 2021, the Godin Multiac Nylon Deluxe upgrades the series with an LR Baggs Lyric microphone, individual saddle sensors and preamp set. This model does not include MIDI synth access as the SA models do.

Construction and Materials
Launching in 1993 as the Godin Multiac Nylon SA (Synth Access) this design drew from the Gibson Chet Atkins CEC Cutaway Electric Classical concept, but added built-in hexaphonic synth access.
The Godin Multiac uses a chambered Mahogany body with Spruce top. The neck is three-piece Mahogany with a 22 fret, 16 inch (406.4mm) radius Richlite fingerboard. Position markers are on the bass side and edge of the fingerboard.
The electronics in the Godin Multiac Nylon Deluxe are new from 2021. Godin describes them as "Custom Voiced LR Baggs electronics, blendable sound with Lyric mic, six individual saddle transducers, adjustable tape saturation simulation & phase control". They are powered by a single, standard 9v battery easily accessible on the back.
The finish is a clear gloss on the top, while the body sides, back and neck have a darker tint. The body back and sides are gloss, and the neck is satin.
