Here is a Framus Texan 5-string resonator banjo from the early 70's.
The Texan 5-String Resonator Banjo (model 13220, Texan Series) was made in West Germany in the late 1960s to early 1970s by the renowned Framus company.
It features a laminated neck with a rosewood fingerboard, original head with Framus logo, and the distinctive decorative flange on the resonator. It offers solid projection and playability for its era, with a full, characteristic banjo tone
It is in good shape with some cosmetic wear. It plays well as it has been recently set up and comes with a period cardboard case and chord book.
