Here is a Fender PJ Bass guitar made in Japan dated to 1994. This bass features a a rosewood fretboard on a maple neck and has had the pickups changed to the EMG Geezer Butler set with changed electronics. This bass has been played lots as seen by the medium to heavy wear on the finish. The letters "A K I" are carved into the upper horn.
There are two larger chips out of the finish down to the bare wood near the input jack. The neck feels great and it plays cleanly.
