Here is a Fender Concert Amp from 1982.
The Fender Concert 1×12 60 watt amp was built from 1982 until 1985 and was the successor to the 1960 – 1965 40 watt 4×10 Concert models. This early ‘reissue’ model, built during the ‘Rivera Era’ was also offered in three speaker configurations – 1×12, 2×12, and 4×10. This line of amps featured new Paul Rivera-promoted channel switching circuitry and effects loops, intended to compete with the then-new Mesa Boogie Mark series amps. It’s well known for delivering spanky clean tones with lots of headroom.
During 1985, CBS sold Fender to a management group headed by William Schultz, who had been recruited from Yamaha by CBS during 1981. Because the sale did not include any of CBS/Fender’s production assets, US production halted till new facilities were located. Following the purchase of Sunn in 1987, some amps were built in their Lake Oswego, Oregon factory before Fender’s new Corona, CA facilities were complete.
This example is hand wired and in good overall condition with just some minor wear on the tolex. It comes with the original cover and footswitch.
