DESCRIPTION:
This Fender American Standard Precision Bass dates to April of 2015 and sports an Alder body with gloss black finish and natural Maple neck. Its hardware features a HiMass™ Vintage style bridge that can be strung either through the body or the back of the bridge, a Custom Shop '60s pickup set, and Light-Weight tuners. The Maple neck has its truss rod adjuster at the body end, and also has Posiflex™ Graphite Neck Support Rods. These are mounted under the separate Maple fingerboard, and consequently there is no Walnut 'Skunk Stripe'.
This great bass is in very good, clean condition with only light play wear to the frets and finish. It's ready to go for years of reliable use.
The original rectangular black Tolex covered hard shell case is included, containing a strap, rubber strap retainers, cloth, hangtags, and manual.
Leo Fender's second major effort, the Precision Bass, has arguably been one of the most influential instrument designs in history.
