B.C. Rich Eagle 4-String Bass Guitar, 1978 [USED]

Here is a BC Rich Eagle 4-String bass guitar from 1978. This bass features a maple neck through design with maple wings and a double cutaway. It has been professionally refinished with a tobacco burst gloss and has had a headstock repair.

These basses have extensive electronic options listed below:

• Pickups:  Dual P-style
• Master Volume & Tone: Independent or master volume and tone controls.
• 3-Way Toggle Switch: Used for picking between neck, bridge, or both pickup combinations.
• Dual-Sound / Coil-Tap Switches: Mini-switches that change each pickup between series and parallel (or single/dual coils).
• Phase Switch: Reverses the electrical phase of one pickup to scoop mids and create hollow, nasal out-of-phase tones.
• 6-Position Varitone Switch: A notch-filter rotary selector that shifts resonant frequency peaks across six distinct preset filter steps.
• 9V Active Preamp / Booster: An onboard battery-powered pre-amp circuit (often featuring an on/off toggle and gain control) for extra output and signal push.

This example plays well up the neck and comes with a non original Fender hardshell case.
