The Eastman E10OM acoustic guitar is a smaller orchestra sized body guitar which features a classic wood pairing of Adirondack spruce on the top and mahogany sides and back.
Adirondack spruce has a high ceiling for volume and tone production which means you can dig in with your picking hand and really drive the top.
The Eastman E10 OM Orchestra name was given to this model in 1929 in an attempt to entice guitarists in dance orchestras to pick one up and take it to a gig. In more recent years, it has become a go-to instrument for finger pickers, due to its sensitive dynamic profile and subtle tonal properties. It provides a more carefully sculpted sound than a big bodied acoustic.
Whether you’re a purist seeking a guitar steeped in tradition, or someone with their sights set on a more modern instrument, you’ll find what you’re looking for in Eastman's Orchestra models.
Available in a natural, sunburst or a thermo cured top finish.
