The Alhambra 7P Classic is a classical guitar and probably our most popular model for the serious student of the classical idiom. With its all solid wood construction, this instrument will develop and grow with you as your skills, technique and repertoire expand.
Alhambra guitars are built by hand at the Alhambra facility in Muro de Alcoy, Alicante, Spain. This wonderful area is a bit closer to Alicante than Valencia, and not too far from the coast of the Balearic Sea.
Built using the traditional Spanish classical approach with the sides tightly integrated into the neck, the Alhambra 7P Classic features either a Red Western Cedar or German Spruce top, paired with Palisandro or Indian Rosewood. The neck is Spanish cedar with an unbound ebony fingerboard. This guitar uses a full 650mm scale length and 52mm nut width.
The solid book matched spruce top on the Alhambra 7P Classic gives excellent note definition and interesting overtone series while the rosewood back and sides impart a warm foundation for the note fundamental and a golden overall tonality.
