There are Master Volume and Tone controls, and the Switcheroo system, using four external switches and one set of internal DIP switches.  The first is a 'Blower' switch under the volume control, bypassing all other controls and activating the bridge pickup in full-output Series mode.  Next there are three three-way switches, one for each pickup. In the 'Down' position, the pickup is on and its coils in series. In the center position, the pickup is off. What these three switches do in the upper position, split or parallel, is physically programmable by the owner via three mini DIP switches inside the rear control cavity.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs mentioned, this guitar is designed for use with the patented Buzz Feiten system, which consists of a set of specifications for nut position (shifted slightly towards the first fret), saddle offsets, plus tuning and intonation offsets.  It's very helpful to have a high quality tuner that's also designed for use with offsets, such as the Peterson strobe line. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe body and colour-matched headstock finish is a UV-cured type allowing a thinner total coat load.
