This Martin D12-35 12-string acoustic guitar from 1976 is in good condition. It is comprised of a Sitka spruce top and a three piece Indian rosewood back.
The rich overtones of the Indian rosewood sides and back balance the top end 12-string sparkle, making for a lovely sounding instrument.
This particular version has some minor cosmetic wear and does have a shallow neck angle but currently plays well with a low playable string height. It comes with a non original generic black hardshell case.
